Objectives of this project;

 a)      To organize and present the information in a citizen-friendly, intention-based manner.

 b)      To organize departmental services in a logical manner where it would easily respond to citizen inquiries.

c)      Provide information as web services which could be consumed by other online applications and web sites as well.

d)     Facilitate citizens with downloadable forms in relation to citizen services provided by government organizations. When information is searched by citizen there should be facility to fill online information or download forms.

e)      To provide a facility for the citizens to make complain or grievance in relation to government services.

f)       To distribute complains for relevant organizations and system should also maintain feedbacks in relation to the complain number.
