Botanical gardens website launched

The website with information on Sri Lanka's botanical gardens was launched on 26 August 2009  by Sports and Public Recreation Minister Gamini Lokuge. The event marked the 3rd year anniversary of the Department of National Botanical Gardens, its Director General Dr. Siril Wijesundara said.                                 The website will have information and pictures on the fauna and flora and new development activities taking place in these gardens. This informative and impressive web designing project has been planned, executed and completed by the Pooranee Inspirations (Pvt.) Ltd. in collaboration with Information Communication Technology Agency(ICTA) of Sri Lanka.
